General Characteristics
1. General layout:Self-made substructure, equipped with completed unit, is installed on the Class Ⅱ chassis beam and fixed with U type bolt. The completed unit consists of diesel engines, hydraulic torque converter, three-throw pump, suck and discharge pipelines and control system, etc.
2. Both local control and remote control are safe and easy to operate. The data display is reliable.
3. Through remote control box or network control technology, it can monitor the fracturing parameters and automatically control all the systems on the floor with high automatization. The automatic over-pressure protector is intalled on the equipment to ensure the safe operation.
4. Siemens ET200M is used as I/O station, which is capable of swift response, reliable opeartion and excellent over-pressure protection.
